Everything was really perfect, competent staff, unbelievable views at sunset. My room included a hair dryer, climate control, and a kitchenette. It had gates, comfortable bed.

Good location at a moderate distance from Chania Venetian Lighthouse. Set minutes from a port in the beautiful area. Beautifully maintained and lovely romantic room, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the room. Enjoyable and top breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes.

Everything was really perfect, excellent service, top location adjacent to restaurants / bars, the restaurants and shops and popular Chania Old Town. The breakfast was wonderful for what was on offer, with amazing views of the city and real coffee. The vibe here was charming. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. We enjoyed sleeping 6 nights in this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at Suites Pandora! The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the charming harbor and city center. The highlight for me was the breathtaking sea view from my bedroom. I also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace while overlooking the harbor. The hosts, Irene, Leena, and Nancy. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and wonderful amenities.

Not as nice as advertised: "luxurious bathroom" was about the size of a small closet.

I enjoyed this characterful hotel which is in a great position by the harbour. The breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The room had a lovely view but the town is lively at night and the harbour is a noisy area. As I was in an upstairs room there were scraping noises on my ceiling when people moved the chairs on the terrace above.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the picturesque old town, with all the shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on where to park our car for free. it was the perfect base for exploring the area.

I loved the location! Right at the Old City, with a view over the Venetian harbor both from our room and from the rooftop patio. The furnishings and decor were sweet and totally fit the locale. The entrance was from a side street away from the water, through a very well-kept courtyard. The freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast was amazing!

Breakfasts could have some variety and choice. It was continental, and served to us without being able to choose what was wanted: boiled egg, bread rolls, cheese, ham, jam, orange juice and coffee. One day, yogurt was substituted for the egg. Fresh fruit would have been great.

Stayed in attractively furnished and large superior double room with a view. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and we were pleased with excellent service.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old harbour, offering a stunning view of Chania harbour. Its close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the old Venetian port makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with elegant bathrooms. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice and excellent service throughout the stay. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views.

Some noise from nearby bars and clubs can be heard at night, which might disturb light sleepers.

The best in this hotel is the sea view if you get that room. This balcony is worth not leaving the hotel at all! Breakfast was very good, so was the terasse where it is served! Nice people, very clean and tidy, no complaints.

We wanted two single beds and couldn't have that. It's a liitle expensive I guess, especially if you just want to stroll around Chania all day, go to the beach etc.
